Pre-Purchase:
By far the most common type of inspection carried out before the purchase contract becomes binding (usually within 7 days of the acceptance of your offer).

Pre-Sale:
Carried out on behalf of the vendor to ensure no nasty surprises occur after an offer has been accepted. This can be a full inspection or a partial inspection, contact us for details.

One Year Warranty Inspection:
Done before the one year anniversary of the possession of a new home to ensure all repair items are presented to the builder. A written report is provided with a list of defects.

Commercial inspections:
Inspection of shopping malls, small office and apartment complexes with full written report.

Consultations:

We will consult on individual problems within a home and provide a written report with suggested solutions.
