The inspection of most homes will take approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. The report on the home is in the form of a 400+ page binder, THE HOME REFERENCE BOOK, with individual reports on:

A summary of all important defects is provided at the end of the inspection and discussed with you to ensure a full understanding. We are available for questions and advice at any time after the inspection and will even make return visits after you are in possession of your new home. |
